Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the United States.
Order Cut-off Time:
Our order cut-off time is 1 P.M. (local time). Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Delivery Time:
Standard Delivery: 8-16 business days (Monday – Friday)
Express Delivery: 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery Delays:
While we make reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you'd like to return a product, you will need to initiate the return process once you have received the item.
Item Not Received:
If your order has been successfully placed, but you haven't received it, and the tracking status indicates that it has been delivered, please contact the carrier directly to locate your package. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery. However, if the issue persists, please contact us at support@halleylinen.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as soon as possible.
Occasionally, tracking information may not be available or updated due to technical issues. If you’re unable to locate your item, please reach out to us at support@halleylinen.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Damages:
Halley Linen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
